​For First-Time Customers:
Please call Peek-A-Boo's Pet Sitting at (336) 469-7463. Teresa will then schedule a "Get-Acquainted Visit" at your home. The purpose of this visit is to:

• Meet you and your pets

• Get detailed information on their individual care, including any health issues

• During this visit, you decide how often you would like for us to visit and which services you need

• Please have a copy of your pet's vaccine record and 2 keys to your home ready at this time.

There is a one-time fee of $15.00 payable at the time of our Get-Acquainted Visit. This covers all administrative costs related to your account and is non-refundable.

We ask for 2 keys so that one can be coded and kept in a lock box in our office at all times to be used as a back-up in case of emergency. The other key is kept with your sitter. Neither key has any identifying information of the client. Security is always a priority and we value your trust.

​For Existing/Current Customers:
Always confirm your reservation with Teresa in person, in a text that she has responded to, or over the phone at (336) 469-7463. We cannot accept a message left on e-mail or voicemail as a reservation. This ensures that we won't miss your message and your pet won't be left alone.
