Scheduling Pet Services

For First-Time Customers:
Please call Peek-A-Boo's Pet Sitting at (336) 428-7696. Alison or one of her sitters will then schedule a Get-Acquainted Visit to your home to:

• Meet you and your pets
• Get detailed information on their individual care, including any health issues
• During this visit, you decide how often you would like for us to visit and which services you need
• Please have a copy of your pet's vaccine record and 2 keys to your home ready at this time.

There is a one-time fee of $12.50 payable at the time of our Get-Acquainted Visit. This covers all administrative costs related to your account and is non-refundable.

We ask for 2 keys so that one can be coded and kept in a lock box in our offices at all times to be used as a back-up in case of emergency. The other key is kept with your sitter. Neither key has any identifying information of the client. Criminal background checks are conducted on all our sitters upon hiring. Security is always a piority and we value your trust.

For Existing/Current Customers:
Always confirm your reservation with Alison in person or over the phone at (336) 428-7696. We cannot accept a message left on e-mail or voicemail as a reservation. This ensures that we won't miss your message and your pet won't be left alone.
