Alison Huskey

Opening Peek-A-Boo's Pet Sitting in the Fall of 2005 was a dream come true for me. I have had dogs and cats as pets since I was a little girl, and have always loved all types of animals. I named my business 'Peek-A-Boo's' after our family pet, who died in April, 2005.

Since opening, we have taken care of 222 dogs, 127 cats, 6 birds, 5 hamsters, 4 rabbits, 3 guinea pigs, 2 iguanas, 2 lizards, 2 hissing cockroaches, 1 ferret and several fish. We have made visits for 131 human customers! I truly love knowing that our customers trust us to take great care of their pets while they are gone.

I currently have a Sheltie named Honey, a Maltese named Zoey, and 4 cats; Chocolate, Tiger, Wally and Cwan (which stands for "Cat Without A Name"). My goal is to provide a professional, caring, in-your-home pet sitting service where your - and your pet's - satisfaction is my guarantee.

Dedra Roberts

My name is Dedra Roberts and my babies are Mattie and Deacon. I have loved animals all my life and working with Peek A Boos give me a chance to do something I enjoy. I work at Wilkes Public Health Dental Clinic during the day and I have two children, Tyler and Tanner. I have worked with Peek a Boos for about 1 1/2 years and really enjoy getting to meet all the pets we get to take care of.

Originally from Kentucky, I moved to North Wilkesboro in 2007 and began working for Peekaboo's in 2008. I love animals and have three rescue dogs and two kittens of my own. I hold two Masters degrees from Ohio State University and Appalachian State University. Most days, I am the office manager at Owens Realty in Boone, but I enjoy taking care of your pets on Wednesdays and the weekends!
